The ride this Saturday will leave the Shell station at 9am and will ride the following route:
Walnut Cove
Hwy 66
Hwy 89 to Mt Airy
Wards Gap Rd to BRP
BRP to Tuggles Gap / Hwy 8
Back to Danbury
Back to Oak Ridge
We will grab lunch either at Meadows of Dan or Tuggles Gap
Should be back by mid-late afternoon.... like always it's a easy ride back if anyone needs to get back earlier
Weather looks good so far....with only a 20% chance of a shower and 89 degrees

The Aug ride was a great, but only enjoyed by two. The weather was perfect, except for one five minute shower, which I actually welcomed after being cooled off. I wish I was able to count every curve Rob and I rode..... easily close to 500
The route went as planned and Orchard Gap Rd near the BRP & Va Hwy 40 was AWESOME !!!!
Ride Verse: Colossians 1:17-18 " And he is before all things, and in Him all this consist. And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence."
Riders:
Matt ( Ragin Cajun): Ducati Hypermotard 1100
Rob ( Paw Paw): Suzuki DRZ 400 SM
Sorry.... not a lot of Photos..... too busy carving curves !!!
Our Favorite Shell Station: aka: launching pad
Lunch Stop
SuperMoto Saturday for the N.C. chapter !!!
I will be planning a Sept ride in the near future. It may be a Sunday ride due to some request from guys that have to work on Saturdays.
Take Care !!!
